ข้อมูลบัญชีและการเข้าสู่ระบบ

Account and sign-in information

Email and password: We store your name, email address, profile information you provide, and a password hash to create your account, authenticate you, verify your email, and support account recovery. Registering with a Gmail address and a password is ordinary email registration; it does not grant access to your Google account.

Google: When you choose Sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, name, email address, email verification status, and profile photo information as provided by Google. We store account details and may copy your profile photo for your Stylor Academy profile. This sign-in requests only profile and email information, not access to your Gmail inbox. We do not receive your Google password.

Facebook: When you choose Facebook Login, we request your app-scoped user ID, name, email address (if available and permitted), and profile photo information. Our sign-in system stores the user ID, name, and email to create or link your Stylor Academy account. We do not receive your Facebook password.

For every sign-in method, we use this information to identify your account, authenticate you, link the sign-in methods you choose, maintain security, and provide access to our services. All users have the same data deletion request options and support channels.

Information from using our services

We collect information you provide when editing your profile, contacting support, enrolling in courses or workshops, and using our services. This may include your phone number, profile photo, support messages, enrollments, attendance, work or content you save, and forum posts or comments. Content you publish in public areas may be visible to others.

For purchases, we process order information, the purchaser’s email, amounts, payment status, transaction references, and receipts with payment providers to confirm purchases, grant learning access, provide records, and handle transaction enquiries.

Our systems may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, access logs, and session data to operate the website, prevent misuse, and resolve problems. For tools you choose to use, submitted or saved information is processed to provide the tool’s functionality.

Why and on what basis we use information

We use information to manage accounts and learning services, fulfil purchases, communicate about your account and services, respond to support requests, maintain security, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We limit processing to what is needed for these purposes.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may rely on a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent. Where an activity requires consent, we ask for it and let you withdraw it, including for optional usage analytics.

Service providers and disclosures

We use providers for hosting and storage, sign-in, payments, email delivery, and features you choose to use. These include Cloudflare, Railway, Google, Facebook, Stripe, and Resend. Relevant information is processed according to each provider’s role to deliver the service you request. Providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

We may disclose information when required by law or applicable legal process, limited to what is necessary. External services have their own privacy policies. This policy describes how Stylor Academy handles your information.

Cookies and usage analytics

Necessary cookies support sign-in, security, payments, and website operation. Optional analytics starts only when you allow it. Your consent choice is saved in your browser’s localStorage.

If you allow analytics, the website uses the sa_vid cookie, a random visitor identifier, and may use Google Analytics when configured. Our analytics does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, prompt text, Python code, Blockly XML, document content, MQTT payloads, or raw robot identifiers. Choosing necessary cookies only prevents creation of sa_vid and removes it if present.

Security and retention

We use appropriate measures such as encrypted connections, password hashing, and access controls to help prevent unauthorised access, use, or disclosure.

We retain account and service information only as needed to provide services and fulfil the stated purposes. When it is no longer needed or you request deletion, we delete it or make it no longer identifiable to you, except for specific records that the law requires us to retain, as explained in the deletion section below.

Your rights, children, and policy updates

Contact support@styloracademy.com to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights over your information, such as objection, restriction, data portability, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. If you have concerns, you may contact us or the relevant data protection authority.

Where processing a child’s information requires parental or guardian consent, we seek that consent as required by applicable law. Parents or guardians can contact support about a child’s information and request deletion.

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. We show the revision date on this page and communicate material changes as appropriate. Where renewed consent is required, we obtain it before that processing begins.
